俊丸の南京玉すだれ

　先週月曜日の朝、小雨の中を歩いていた時、腰にピリピリ電気が走りましたが、何とか？歩けていました。
　しかし、昼過ぎから、ソファーから立ち上がろうとすると、すんなりたてません。　慌てて湿布を貼ってもらって、静養。
　翌日は、少しましになりましたが、真っ直ぐはたてません。　少し曲がった状態でウロウロしていると、真っ直ぐたてるようになります。
　今週月曜日から徘徊を控えていましたので、先週は、用心をして投げに行きませんでした。
　２週間振りのボウリングになりました。　
　今朝は定期検診にでかけましたので、腰ベルト無しで動いていました。　すっかり、ボウリングに出かける時も忘れてしまっていました。
　そんな状態でしたので、腰に負担がかからないよう、そろり、そろりと投げる俊丸でした。
　第１ゲームが、ミスが多発して１４９ピン。　２ゲーム目は１８６ピン、３ゲーム目は２００UP目前でしたが、あえなくDownの１９４ピン。
　久し振りにしては、上出来のスコアが出ました。
　５ゲーム投げてアベレージ１７１ピン。　恒例の徘徊も無事に終了し、肩の荷がおりたのかな？
