俊丸の南京玉すだれ

　今週もバタバタで、ボウリングに行っていませんので、朝から出かけて来ました。
　本来、金曜日はG、G練習会ですが、高齢者向けの集いがあって、午後からスタートと、FAXが届いていました。
　ラピュタボウルでも、本日は月に一度のわいわいボウリング（ミニ試合）、昨日の徘徊が響いて、体は重たく、大腿部当たりが変な感じでした。
　自身でも判るような、変な歩き方でした。　試合に出たら、G,G練習会のスタートに、微妙な感じでしたので、自主練習にしておきました。
　案の定、レーンに立っても、大腿部当たりが重たく、何となく、しっかり歩けません。　練習やからエエか？と、投げた第一投、力ないボールでしたが、完璧なストライク！　　２フレは７ピンスペア、３フレはストライクと、順調でしたが、良いのはここまで！
ちょっとづつずれて来て、ミスが連発！　１６１ピン。
　２ゲーム目、３ゲーム目も同じように、ドンドン悪くなり、１５７、１５５ピン。
　３ゲームで４７３ピン。アベレージボウリングでした。　変な力を入れず、ボールに委ねる投げ方が大事ように思った俊丸でした。
　でもね！　力が入ってしまうのです。
